JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible of the customer relations and retention, along with contract development and negotiation

• Analyze and respond proactively to the needs of the customers in her/his portfolio; and maximize the services value of the company to the customers

• Analyze the needs of the domestic market in order to attain the sales targets and develop necessary action plans

• Focus on achieving revenue goals, support development of opportunities and sales pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; masters' degree is considered an asset

• Any experience in building materials, construction, cement / concrete / aggregate industries or sales is considerate an asset

• Having an innovative mindset, striving to increase the efficiency of the plant and to present ideas, resilience to realize the proposed projects

• Good team player with demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals as a team

• Positive attitude, good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Customer oriented with good negotiation and persuasion skills

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Excellent MS Office skills
