Responsibilities
Coordinating all Compensation & Benefits Management related processes such as annual salary reviews, variable pay, job evaluations, salary and benefit surveys, etc.
Analyzing market data and assess the competitiveness of company policy/practices as needed
Responsible for execution of Performance Management System
Prepare HR Reports & cost analysis
Ensure compliance of all processes with the laws (Severance, prenotice payment calculations etc.)
Preferably knowledge and practice in Labor Law and SGK regulations as well as the regulatory standards, policies and procedures (managing employee leaving and redeployment processes, following up with all relevant paperwork in accordance with the Labor Law)
Supporting other HR activities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, prefably in Compensation and Benefits field
Fluency in English
Good command in Microsoft Excel
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical, keen in details with a self-disciplined personality
Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
