We are looking for "Business Development Interns" who want to be a part of our business development and support team, where they can make a difference in a fast-paced environment and create tangible results. You will have the opportunity to get experiences in business development, customer relations, package forwarding operations, and startup ecosystem faster than anywhere else.

Sorumluluklar

What will you do?

In charge of building key customer relationships,
Identify business opportunities and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions,
Market research and e-mail marketing,
Responding to questions for our customers via "Yollando's support tool, Phone, Whatsapp, E-Mail and Social Media",
Resolving problems, and providing other assistance to operations staff,
Help with package consolidation, repackaging, and shipping processes,
Placing e-commerce orders for customers abroad,
Assists in developing and executing marketing and promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters,
Supports defining the brand's packaging, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly,

Aranan Nitelikler

Undergraduate (3rd grade, preferably final year student),
Have an excellent command of spoken and written English. (Strong verbal and written communication would be a strong advantage),
Arabic, Russian, Hebrew or German would be an asset,
Able to work minimum 3 days availability per week. Interns are expected to come to our office in Üsküdar.
Studying in relevant fields,
Good reporting skills, good level of MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook),
Interest in business develeopment projects, ability to promote new ideas, share them with the team and develop them further together.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, effective team player and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
Highly organized, self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneoulsy and able to prioritize multiple work assignments,
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay attention to details.
