What awaits you in this role?
• Modelling in 3D and creating 2D drawings by using Simens NX performing tolerance calculations in order to validate the design
• Certification in ASME Y14.5 or practical experience with GD&T and Stack up Analysis
• Specific activities will include the design, test, and validation of power electronic-based products,
• Creation and modification of mechanical designs for Electrical and Hybrid cars: High Voltage Box
• To follow the commissioning and quality approval processes of the product (such as publishing technical drawings, filling out product information cards, evaluating, publishing and approving the first sample control forms), (using Teamcenter and Simens NX software)
• Knowledge of plastic Injection, aluminum injection, aluminum extrusion, machining, progressive sheet metal mold manufacturing methods and bent sheet manufacturing (like bending, cnc punch, laser cutting)
• Will be able to design the fixtur that may be required in the test processes of the designed parts and products. Follow up the commissioning, apply the design corrections and revisions on the existing product
• Involving in new project/product implementation activities,
• Development activities on existing products, (Cost reduction, Quality improvement activities and etc.),
• Building collaboration and customer satisfaction.
The position is located in Çayırova. Remote hybrid working model is available.

• Senior student or Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree student is a plus),
• Hands-on experience in Mechanical Part Design/Mechanical Engineering Design,
• Willing to make research about new technologies for power electronics, emobility,
• General knowledge of periphery disciplines (electronics, elctromechanics, power electronics),
• General knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools,
• Having a solid background in machine tools and manufacturing processes,
• Having knowledge about selection, calculation, and standards of industrial components,
• Excellence in CAD software (NX (Preferred), Solid, Catia, or Pro/E),
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Knowing what empathy really means,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.
