Tridi is a digital manufacturing platform for engineers and purchasing professionals. We provide access to different kinds of manufacturing capabilities such as CNC Machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, and hundreds of manufacturers with high quality.

We also want to democratize manufacturing jobs across countries so that local manufacturers can take advantage of new digital technologies to find new orders, expand their capacity, and become part of a developing community.

Would you like to start your career in marketing on Turkey's manufacturing platform?

As a member of our team you will explain the Tridi’s services in such a way that will lead your contact to consider further discussion. This will be done through telephone calls and emails, and you will function as a part of our marketing team.


  • Perform outbound B2B prospecting sales activities such as cold calling, personalized email marketing, lead follow-ups, and opportunity qualifications via telephone, email, LinkedIn, website sales chat, etc.,
  • Quickly respond to incoming leads or web chats from our company website,
  • Maintain call and connections’ volume with decision makers to qualify target leads and create a pipeline for the sales team,
  • Provide basic technical explanations of features and functions, while clearly linking them to operational and business benefits,
  • Meticulously maintain and manage all information in CRM and HubSpot, ensuring all communication activities are entered into the system, and information is always current,
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales Teams to develop and grow the pipeline to meet revenue goals,
  • Qualify or disqualify a lead using in-house tools depending upon whether the information in the lead satisfies Tridi standards,
  • Qualify or disqualify a partner's applications using in-house tools depending upon whether the information in the partners satisfies Tridi standards,
  • Support refined qualification of existing leads via data analysis.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business administration, or related field,
  • English speaking and writing knowledge,
  • Results-oriented individual who can work in a team environment,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to understand and follow technology,
  • 1+ years experience with B2B lead generation development experience preferred
  • Experience with CRM & Hubspot preferred,
  • Experience in call center preferred.
