The ING International Talent Programme is a 2-year program created to boost the talent of recent graduates, giving them the opportunity to be part of ING and discover their strengths and grow to create value for themselves and for the society. At ING, we believe in people’s potential and this is the best place to be innovative and efficient to offer the best service to clients, so that they can dedicate their time to living... and not so much to think about banking.

The ITP is a challenging, fascinating and inspiring path of personal and professional development. A path in which you will never walk alone and that will take you very far in the figurative sense, but also in the literal sense given its international and multicultural character. After all, it is led by the ING Group from its headquarters in the Netherlands.

This program will give you the tools and skills to discover and develop yourself in a diverse environment while developing others, be creative, be successful, excel at your career life, work agile so new ideas come to life faster!

Are you a young Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate with global ambitions eager to develop your leadership potential?

If you think you have the following qualifications;

  • Interest in working in the banking industry and learning about different strategies
  • Bachelor’s or Master degree with a good academic record
  • Maximum 2 years of work experience
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Customer focused and result-oriented person
  • Good digital, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Great organizational, oral and written communicational skills
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker
  • Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude
  • Good team player, willing to join a diverse environment and collaborate with different people

The following qualifications will be an advantage:
  • Experience through internships, volunteering, leadership or other extra- curricular activities
  • Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field
  • Participation in financial forums and communities
