What does Global Graduate Programme Offer?

It's a 12-month, fast-track development programme to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the programme is to raise future leaders of BAT!

If you are a driven, passionate, and ambitious graduate and want to go far through a challenging, and accelerated development experience, then the Global Graduate Programme is the best choice for you.

This one-year management trainee program provides a foundation for your functional and leadership skills development. At the end of the 12 months, you will be assigned to your first entry-level management role.

During the programme, you will have:

Requirements:

• Graduated from a reputable university in the last 3 years

• Preferably 1-2 years experience

• Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities

• Globally mobile
