This summer, we invite 3rd and 4th year university students to join Future Makers, our Summer Internship Program at our Bandırma plant and Istanbul office, designed for those who want to take responsibility and actively contribute — not just observe.

Future Makers is a structured 3-month journey where interns work on real business projects, take ownership of defined deliverables, and contribute directly to daily operations.

What you will experience

• Comprehensive onboarding to our operations and ways of working,
• A real business project, defined and owned by the department,
• One-to-one mentor and buddy support throughout the program,
• Regular feedback and development check-ins,
• A final presentation to the Executive Committee, sharing your project outcomes.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for students who:

• Learn quickly, stay curious, and adapt easily in changing environments,
• Collaborate effectively with others, value collaboration, and share ideas openly,
• Focus on efficiency, prioritize what matters, and deliver with discipline,
• Prefer simplicity, communicate clearly, and turn complexity into action,
• Take ownership of their work and follow through on their responsibilities.

In addition, you should:

• Be a 3rd or 4th year university student, or enrolled in a master’s program,
• Be available full-time between July and September,
• Be willing to work on-site in Bandırma or Istanbul during the program.
