Sorumluluklar

Create and implement all human resources policies and procedures,
Take part in the full recruitment cycle in Global & Non-Tech roles,
Managing and solving employee relations issues,
Working closely to improve employee relationships and engagement,
Assisting employees in the onboarding process,
Involvement in developing and implementing HR policies,
Ensuring all employee and candidate records are updated and maintained.

Aranan Nitelikler

Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
Relevant work/internship experience is a plus,
Great command of spoken and written English is a must,
Interested in People & Culture functions and want to take responsibility starting from the very first day,
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment,
Excellent interpersonal skills,
Desire to learn and improve on a daily basis,
Being self-driven as well as being team-oriented
A can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability.
