Sorumluluklar
- Create and implement all human resources policies and procedures,
- Take part in the full recruitment cycle in Global & Non-Tech roles,
- Managing and solving employee relations issues,
- Working closely to improve employee relationships and engagement,
- Assisting employees in the onboarding process,
- Involvement in developing and implementing HR policies,
- Ensuring all employee and candidate records are updated and maintained.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Relevant work/internship experience is a plus,
- Great command of spoken and written English is a must,
- Interested in People & Culture functions and want to take responsibility starting from the very first day,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Desire to learn and improve on a daily basis,
- Being self-driven as well as being team-oriented
- A can-do approach and strong problem-solving ability.
