We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Sorumluluklar
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT systems, applications, and processes.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Design IT solutions that meet business requirements, while also ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are error-free.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, track project progress, and manage project risks.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they can effectively use IT solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform IT strategy and innovation.
- Ensure that IT solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements, and adhere to organizational governance standards.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT or business analysis role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and software development methodologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with business analysis tools, project management tools, and requirements management tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and tools and adapt to changing technology environments.
