We are looking for team members who will join our Expert Services Team to support our rapid expansion and aggressive growth plans throughout the CEEMEA region.

You will be part of a growing team which provides consultancy and guidance to clients after sales & implementation, especially in the areas of AdTech, MarTech, Marketing Automation and Customer Experience. We design journeys, guide our customers optimize their digital ads & communications efforts, monitor digital marketing & analytics work and consult on these, use adtech & martech tools on behalf of our customers.


  • Account management in terms of agreed service package
  • Monitor the progress of the projects based on defined KPIs and adjust as necessary to ensure success
  • Hands-on use/assistance on client's CX, AdTech and marketing automation platforms
  • Discussing and recommending CX strategies by understanding client's ecosystem and customer journey
  • Designing CX Journeys on no/low code tools
  • Providing creative solutions on cross-channel integrations, i.e. email, push, SMS, web, etc.
  • Making sure every action is measured and set (or guide for) tracking schema accordingly
  • Q&A / Hands-on Support on Platform Utilization
  • Performance and Utilization Reporting. Discussing the key outcomes and further enhancements with client
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external teams
  • Keeping up with industrial best CX and marketing automation cases and making value added recommendations
  • Present project plan, status and results (Internal or External)

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Perfect command in written and spoken English is a must (Part of the interview will be in English)
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Humbled and self-confident enough for leading the client
  • Determined to read & learn new technologies in short term and motivated to keep updating him/herself continuously
  • Analytical skill and data-driven thinking
  • Problem solving capabilities & project management skills are a must
  • Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations, either face-to-face or via web conference calls
  • High responsiveness
  • Experienced in account management or CRM management
  • Experienced in digital ad and analytics platforms (at least Google Ads, FB Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio)
  • Experienced in using marketing automation platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot is a plus
  • Experienced in using any DMP or CDP is a plus
  • Understanding and reading scripts and html codes is a plus
