Sorumluluklar

  • Support to track and monitor projects status, make data analysis and generate report in form of MS Excel,
  • Support the work of manager for purchasing operations,
  • Update our procurement system,
  • Customer and/or carrier communications,
  • Requesting and meeting price requests from sales and operations through the Hubtic system,
  • Evaluating the annual performance of the companies that we rent a car annually and determining the performance of the transporters,
  • Directing the rented vehicles to the loading place and following their loading,
  • Working in coordination with the operations department,
  • Examining and assisting incoming tender requests,
  • Preparing the weekly vehicle cost report and preparing and assisting the profit-loss ratios of the leased vehicles.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Interested in pursuing a career in logistics and/or sales,
  • Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year student Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering departments,
  • At least 3 days a week; 5 days during the summer vacation,
  • Good command of English,
  • High strategic thinking and planning skills,
  • Inquisitive and curious,
  • Strong human relations,
  • Good command of MS Office programs,
  • High verbal and written communication skills,
  • Having a driving license.
