What does the role involve?

As the Credit & Collection Intern with Hilti, you will assist the Credit & Collection Team to ensure timely action is taken to maximize cash collection from Hilti customer accounts.

The key responsibility of the Credit & Collection (C&C) Specialist is to own the entire process of the customer credit risk assessment. The role will also manage critical operations (transfer customer payments to SAP system, reporting, communication with banks, reconciliations etc.) and contacting with customers for collection.

You will be proactive in resolving credit problems, investigating and assessing the customers’ financial condition (via payment history and Findeks report) and researching / resolving invoice questions.

What you need is:

• A senior or a master student preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related science,
• Able to work with us at least 3 days in a week,
• Prior working experience through internships is a plus,
• Strong Computer literacy,
• Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English and Turkish - written and verbal,
• Attention to detail and high learning agility,
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
