We are looking for new talents who are solution and result oriented, proactive for the Sales Account Manager role for the head office location in Istanbul for our company which focuses on industrial automation systems sales


  • You will be the face of Delta Vana in front of our clients! You will be responsible for building bridges between their needs and our technology.
  • Help our clients understand their needs and which of our features and products best match their goals and expectations.
  • Developing/implementing sales strategies in order to reach sales targets within the assigned region.
  • Conducting negotiations with current and new customers.
  • Increasing market share of our product.
  • Ensure that the sales channels to the market, bothdirect or indirect, are fully capable to deliver this value proposition effectively to the customers.
  • To work in harmony with the solution support team.
  • To follow up the maintenance requests coming from the customers to the technical service.
  • Adding new customers to the customer portfolio and ensure relations to be sustainable with existing customers.

Aranan Nitelikler

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales field, preferably in Automation business (product, control system sales and solution business) ( Industrial Valves and/or Instrumentation are plus ) in one of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical & Petrochemical Industries.
  • Having deep technical knowledge about DCS,PLC and Hybrid control systems ( Valves and/or Instruments are a plus) to be able to understand and configure products as per given data sheets provided by the customers.
  • Experience in customer complaint and satisfaction management as well as account management.
  • Experience in “Honeywell DCS and PLC’’ is a big plus.


  • Bachelor's Engineering Degree in Electric, Electronic, Mechatronics or similar fields. (MBA is a plus)


  • Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing).

Computer Skills

  • Good general computer skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience in working in ERP-systems, SAP.
