Clinichub is an international medical tourism company, has locations in Istanbul and London. We are specialized in arranging plastic surgery, hair transplant, weight loss operations and dental treatments. You can get more information from our website. We are looking for International Sales Specialists who are passionate about the medical tourism industry.

Reporting to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, Turkey, you will take on the challenge of managing English and other international patients.

Sales team mission:

Our Sales Team are customer advocates, always informing and explaining about the desired treatments to turn our customers' health dreams into reality. The team shapes the medical experience by negotiating for the best possible results.


  • The candidate will be working in sales department for international patient. The candidate will deal with patient in all the phases of sales process,
  • Contacting international leads by phone, mail and messaging to qualify them as patients,
  • Registering each stage of the customers cycle to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system,
  • Following up with the patients and turning opportunities into sales,
  • Providing patients with information regarding travel, treatment and procedures,
  • Preparing and sending price quotations,
  • Get patient reviews and take photos/videos prior to their departure,
  • Arrange online consultations with doctors,
  • Evaluate customer complaints and provide solutions,
  • Provide weekly / monthly reports to management about sales performance.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • University graduate,
  • Advanced level of both English and German or Italian is a must,
  • Advanced level of Italian and French is a plus,
  • Medical tourism sales or customer service experience will be an asset,
  • Great communication skills written and verbal,
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Advanced negotiation skills,
  • Good listener to understand customer requirements,
  • Can create a strong connection with customer through confident and friendly communication,
  • Persuasive phone and on-line communication skills,
  • Energetic, passionate and sales driven,
  • Able to create long-term relationship with customer and maintain relation after their treatment.
