1. Data Reporting:

• Generate on-demand and regular data reports to provide insights into digital engagement metrics

2. Digital Transformation:

• Support internal digital transformation projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital processes and enhance efficiency

3. Platform Excellence:

•  Support the execution and maintenance of digital engagement platforms and contents
•  Ensure content tagging best practices to enhance searchability and user experience
•  Contribute to planning and tracking of content calendar and project management pipeline

4. Internal Information Sources:

•  Regularly update and maintain internal information sources such as SharePoint.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to all team members.,

• Currently pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute generating actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, and basic knowledge about digital marketing.
• Proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute to digital transformation efforts.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English.
