We are looking Customer Experience Responsible for our Animal Health Division. The candidate will be hired as an outsource.


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Track and measure the success and effectiveness of various sales force initiatives and programs,
  • Assist with target setting, realization tracking and incentive calculation for sales force,
  • Assist with territory alignment, segmentation & targeting processes,
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recurring reports for sales and management teams,
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed,
  • Maintain customer database in and identify data quality gaps through analysis and standard definitions,
  • Responsible for support of creating business analysis and requirement documents, executing user acceptance tests, preparing user manual documents and training materials for system development projects,
  • Preparing Competition Analysis, Inventory Condition reports and follow up performance.

Aranan Nitelikler


  • University degree from reputable universities in preferably Engineering fields,
  • At least 1 year sales force effectiveness, business & data analysis, CRM etc. experience,
  • Strong in analytical thinking, committed to deadlines and accountable,
  • Creative, innovative in turning data to insights,
  • Adaptable to work in a multi-task environment,
  • Good in relations & coordination with internal customers / working very closely with Sales team,
  • Excellent command of English.
