ADEO is a cyber security company founded in 2008. It offers incident response, compromise assessment, computer forensics and offensive cybersecurity services to its customers, especially managed cyber security services.
Sorumluluklar
- Owns and manages full project life cycle from requirement definition, planning, implementation to successful delivery,
- Defines projects plans and sets up the project organization,
- Performs risk assessment, management including mitigation,
- Defines and manages scope of projects, goals and deliverables,
- Performs change management to keep project plan accurate and updated,
- Monitors cost, schedule, resource availability, technical performance of projects to ensure success,
- Manages the stakeholders by setting proper expectations and reporting about progress, problems, solutions,
- Communicates with suppliers, vendors, and internal resources to supply weekly/monthly status reports/presentation and updates to management including achievements, plan, risks & issues and mitigation actions,
- Contributes ideas and suggestions for process enhancements,
- Manage and provide support on standard methodologies to the project team to ensure project execution quality,
- Provide feedback &update standard project management documents&plans,
- Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements,
- Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking and metrics,
- To carry out the projects by working in coordination with all teams during the project management period and according to the Project management methodologies so that the projects are in line with the goal, scope, and plan.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience,
- Experienced in it Project Management methodologies and standards for at least 5 years,
- Preferably with PMP, Prince2, PSM, ITIL certificates,
- Advanced project management skills; planning, organizing, reporting, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills,
- The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, eager to learn and have some experience in account management and project management,
- Individuals across the organization and different locations excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, self-directed and high attention to detail,
- Advanced project management and presentation techniques,
- At least one process and Project Management tool (Jira Work/Service Manager, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office),
- Strong coordination and communication skills, people management and drive for delivery,
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas,
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
