Secondary Transport Opex - 3.7 mUSD

Total Throughput - 131 km3

Total number of haulers - Five (including import, export, local packed and bulk)

Team : 1 foreman, 16 operators and 3 Multi Truck Operators

Principle Accountabilities

• Responsible for HSSE, service and cost performance of the warehouse (c)

• Efficient management of resources to meet service levels at lowest costs

• Management of Stock (counting/investigation/reconciliation/keeping in suitable condition etc) (c)

• Leads review of warehouse KPI’s for service, HSSE and cost

• Warehouse resource requirement planning to ensure that peaks/promotions etc are met

• Liaison with Planning to manage stockholding and to remove dead stock

• Liaise with the CSC to handle emergencies, special requests etc (c)

• Responsible for implementing HSSE standards in local warehouse organization (c)

• Develops, manages and motivates local warehouse staff

• In case of Logistics Manager and Logistics Supervisor’s absence, Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the operations

• Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, ISO27001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Task Force , TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems standards/procedures/work instruction (c)

• Act as a focal point for forklifts (FLT) and pedestrian segregation (c)

• Perform audits in the plant where FLTs and pedestrians can meet and follow up the preventive actions. Update the visuals in the plant related with FLTs and pedestrian segregation (c)

Key/Special Challenges

The incumbent will be joining the Global Lubricants organisation at a critical time for the business – there is an urgent need to improve business results, implementing new Streamline processes and managing significant change in Lubricants Supply Chain in its journey to world-class operations.

Deliver incisive and motivating leadership to the local warehouse staff.
