Job Description:


This role is responsible to lead and grow profitability of the TCOYC business to drive Mobility NFR 50:50 ambition growth.

And delivery NFR target $38M C2 by 2023.


• Grow and deliver profitability of TCOYC business through a team of 6 team members who are responsible for various lubricants category and vehicle servicing lubricants bay and car wash, including Supply Chain commercialization.

• Develop and lead Strategic category management planning and framework of 4Ps (Product, Pricing, Placement, Promotion) across all category as one holistic shop offer, including market approaches, supplier development, contract management & evaluation to optimize value for money outcomes to meet stakeholders needs & expectations to drive TCOYC growth.

• Provide leadership, direction & effective management of the TCOYC BDS team, supply chain & cross functional working groups to achieve optimum performance, integration & consistency.

• Support & implementation of supply chain into Shell network, focusing on supplier management & at the same time, monitoring purchasing consistency of the supply chain ecosystem.

• Extending income levers on top of category management plans.

• Analyzing & understanding internal & external market trends & incorporating it as an integrated strategy in growing all categories, managing an optimum supply chain P&L as well as ensuring 4X win in the Shell business ecosystem.

• Develop and streamline Shell branded products to grow margin and create single brand per category

• Work with Mobility Sales & Operations to maximise on-site execution, by supporting the site business planning cycle, helping measure and implement meaningful targets across each of the site formats (site volume, oil change per day, store sales etc), integrate key execution needs into the Call Planning Cycle, and helping Territory Managers and Retailers have the skills and competency to deliver local targets.
