Job Description:
This position provides HSSE support to the Trading & Supply Leadership Team on Cluster level to implement and ensure compliance with Shell and legal HSSE requirements and drive continuous improvement in HSSE performance.
Define, agree and review the yearly HSSE plan with the Leadership Team.
Drive the HSSE culture: Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement in HSSE awareness and culture for leadership members, line managers and operators as part of the journey to achieve a Generative Safety Culture.
Ensure HSSE Compliance: Implement HSSE requirements (HSSE Control Framework and HSSE legislation) within the T&S Operations and Supply. Check & advice MOC requests on possible HSSE impacts.
HSSE Reporting: Support incident notification, classification and registration. Ensure appropriate Incident Investigation. Assist with preparation and communication of the Learning from Incidents.
Active HSSE MS in the business: Regularly assess and improve existing HSSE procedures to ensure “fit for purpose”. Keep up-to-date Emergency Response Plans (Cluster / Regional Level). Facilitate review or update of HEMP, HRA, SRA or other Risk Assessments. Ensure HSSE training when required (HSSE introduction/On-boarding; PTW PI/LPI). Assist with Shell HSSE LoD1 / LoD2 / LoD3 audits and with legislation audits. Annual HSSE MS Reviews on local, cluster or Regional level.
Contactor Safety Management: Deliver the required HSE support to ensure appropriate Contractor Safety Management (Greenbanding, Contract HSSE plan, Contract HSSE clauses, Contractor evaluations ).
Transport Safety Management: Work in close cooperation with the Road Transport team to ene a safe Road Transport business. Work in close cooperation with contract owners and holders for other modes of transport (maritime, rail)
Process Safety: Provide SME / Technical Authority support as requested / needed for Engineering projects. Lead compliance to local SEVESO regulation
Personal Safety: Provide SME support on several Personal Safety requirements especially related to the PTW process. As process owner, sustain and improve ePtW, eMOC and T&S Portal Sharepoint applications (action tracking etc)
JV Terminals Safety: Provide support to JV Facilities Manager in shaping and delivering JV Safety agenda and adhoc SME support to JV Facility Employees
OSP Terminal Assurance: Provide SME support to Products team and OSP Assurance Coordinator, in line with global and local OSP Assurance Processes.
