Being a first contact of COE team, to work in collaboration for tailoring and implementing global strategies into the market, to deliver financial results through global systems, Capex, Opex management, monitoring and reporting. As per global priorities, responsible for delivering finance capex targets related with IFRS16
To provide portfolio overlook regularly to wider leadership teams related to Opex & Capex spent, site count performance, NTS/I performance, payment systems, property and real estate related activities.
To ensure PIR(Post Investment Review) study to be conducted regularly, to create and follow-up action plans with global and field teams.
To build and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders for understanding the business needs and work in collaboration with related functions to build business cases accordingly for delivering company ambitions.
