• Manage all Capital Expenditure projects for Derince LSC including Warehouse and and jetty
  
• Manage all maintenance works and takes immediate actions for business continuity for all areas in Derince LSC
• Manage all Maintenance and Project teams including 6WC, 10 BC , and app 100 contractors
• Implement Asset Integrity and Process Safety in the Plant including agreed Group Engineering standards and Change Control Procedures.
• Implement Shell -PMS process for all CAPEX projects and perform Project Leader or sponsor for these projects.
• Pro-actively work with Regional Engineering teams ,SMEs ,internal ( Production, Planning, Logistics,T&S , and external stakeholders ( Port authority& Energy Suppliers etc )
• Proactively manage all HSSE aspects of engineering activity execution and amongst team members and service providers specifically with e- PTW processes
• Perform On-scene commander role for as per Derince LSC ERP
• Perform HSSE leadership role for the implementation of e-PTW, e-MOC, LOD1 , LOD2 audits
• Act as a focal point for Permit to Work (PtW). Ensure that all activites are performed according to PtW procedure
• Implement L-GAME and is the Reliability and Integrity Focal point for the Plant
• Manage contracts as a Contract Holder/ Conract Owner for all engineering contractors and perform Business Performance Reviews .
• Seek, challenge and encourage improvements in all aspects of engineering and maintenance execution for the Plant.
• Assess, estimate and propose annual maintenance budgets for the Plant
• Ensure awareness and adherence to all globally driven maintenance standards and processes
• Ensure the sharing of best practices through the envelope engineering focal point
• Manage maintenance and investment need of assets
• Establish competence and successor planning for all related vacancies and staff
• Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, ISO27001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Task Force, TS EN ISO 14001
• Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems standards/procedures/work instruction
• Local language is a must
• A preferred candidate exists

Key/Special Challenges

• LSC is now entering the implementation and delivery stage of its journey and a number of key initiatives need to be addressed including GSAP/Streamline, Journey to Excellence and Asset Integrity – Process Safety programme.
• A key challenge of the role will be to ensure, sustain and further develop alignment of the local operations with global initiatives and to secure high standard of performances, best practice sharing and joint initiatives across the regional and envelope operations boundaries.
