Job Description:
Assisting the Workplace physician on working days at work.
To check the expenses of the employees who will go to health insurance and send them to the head office.
To record the annual health checks of the personnel in their files. (c)
To arrange the daily entrance/exit of the staff, overtime, shift commutes, services. (c)
At the end of the month, to prepare the scoring information for the monthly personnel entitlements and to transmit the necessary information to the salary service (c)
To follow the documents of temporary staff and interns.
Distributing blue-collar GI (non-card) payrolls.
To keep track of staff leave (annual leave and sick leave). (c)
To ensure the collection and disposal of medical wastes in accordance with ISO 14000. (c)
Make material orders via SAP.
Calculating progress payments by checking the number of meals from the card pass system.
To ensure that the employees who take rest are charged their rest wages and returned to the company. (c)
To make overtime analyzes at the end of the month and to notify the department managers. (c)
To deliver medical wastes to the licensed organization commissioned by the municipality for disposal. (c)
To work in accordance with the procedures and instructions of TS EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and TS ISO / IEC 27001 Information Security Management Systems, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Quality Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards (c)
Contributes to the establishment, maintenance and development of the HSE System

Knows and applies HSE responsibilities in operations.

It actively works to keep the documentation up to date.
Actively participates in monthly HSE board meetings.
It makes recommendations in line with the Proactive Safety studies related to HSE.
