Skills and Requirements
1. Make sure that controls are in place, HSSE standards are met and compliance is ensured.
2. Ensure all sales, financial and operational goals are delivered by leading, coaching and improving SPAŞ team; through the implementation of customer and dealer value propositions that maximizes profitability and sustainable long-term growth; in collaboration with Fleet Solutions, Commercial Fuels, NFR, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Supply Distribution, Legal teams.
3. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in SPAŞ and that they are followed at all times,
4. Ensure CO operations deliver its plan and grow in line with the strategy.
5. Ensure the right level of focus is deployed at the sales teams for continued performance of high-quality CO operating standards.
6. Ensure rented DO shops (Project Ultra-Plus) operate align with NFR growth strategy.
7. Work with the SPAS Management Team on fulfilling good governance and organizational accountability,
8. Work with the SPAŞ Finance Manager on a regular basis to review the company’s financial performance, controls and compliance.
9. Ensure the flawless execution of the marketing and network plan by providing regular feedbacks.
10. Coordination of all functions in accountability of SPAS operation.
11. Build account plans at site level for meeting/exceeding IP assumptions,
12. Optimize operating cost levels at site level.
13. RBA selection, assessments and managing the transition to multisite RBA model.
14. Ensure right business plans are in place and updated regularly.
15. Leverage new value levers to maximize co locator opportunities and NFR/CR income,
16. Deliver sustainable and profitable growth in Commercial projects successfully (Agriculture, Framework Agreement, etc)
Competencies
1. Mastery level of HSSE and Compliance knowledge with a proven track record of performance.
2. Commercial acumen with solid negotiating skills and demonstrated ability to close deals.
3. Perform and monitor optimization of the contracts by taking all aspects in broader context into consideration to create the most value, and pro-actively engage all relevant stakeholders for the issues on timely manner with alternative solutions.
4. Mastery level of ability to interact with the customers by managing their expectation with new ideas and innovative commercial solutions.
5. Familiarity with risk identification and management for each new deal; Prompt understanding of all risks involved, and being able to describe and discuss them with Network and all related stakeholders.
6. Preferably more than 5 years experience in retail market, with proven track record of success in Key Account Management, Sales and Retail Site Operations.
7. Able to perform a number of tasks under severe time pressure, in challenging and stressful environments.
8. Excellent communication/presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Turkish.
9. A goal-oriented commercial professional with well developed interpersonal skills with an ability to lead large and non-direct teams.
