Sorumluluklar

  • Receiving invoices other than commission invoices from agencies,
  • Controling to credit card payments and matching them with data of banks and resolve the differences,
  • Ensuring that overdrawn credit card transactions are returned to customers' accounts carefully,
  • Calculation and accounting of credit card's payments commission amounts,
  • Carrying out inventory purchasing and sales transactions and accounting processes,
  • Calculation and accounting of stamp taxes on contracts,
  • Following up IBB advertisement declarations, logging into my system and ensuring payments are made by obtaining the necessary approvals,
  • Preparing the international trial balance report and submitting it to the relevant unit on time,
  • Recording and report SEAS electricity bill on a branch basis,
  • Creating provision records for agency premiums and electricity bills,
  • Providing support regarding other tasks that may be requested from the manager,
  • Sharing data of banks to sites.
