• Maximizes space usage and enhances customer-shopping experience.
• Evaluates emerging customer trends into Select plans and propose the necessary solutions to meet customer needs in a constantly competitive environment.
• Works closely with the Sales & Acquisition Teams, Retail Engineering and our Alliance partners to create shop layouts in terms of business sense and value to the strategy.
• Works closely with CR category managers and contributes developing shop plans for value propositions at CO and DO platforms
• Manage relationship and negotiate deals with local suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement together with local CP and global CR category management
• Responsible for all invoicing processes with dealers and suppliers
• Tracks closely budget and income
• Works with brand and comms team for new POS materials and site visuals
• Supports category managers for special format needs.
• Coordinates BPRs with suppliers and tracks the KPIs closely
