Job Description:
In our premium shop format Shell Selects, we have strong coffee offer and CR Coffee Category Assistant Manager is one of the key enablers of Select coffee business because of increasing income and operational complexity.
S/he will be coordinating the coffee business operational requirements and supporting Coffee Category Manager for the commercial planning with coffee machine and perishable suppliers, coffee business partners and field sales team to deliver the best customer experience & service.
Moreover, S/he will be responsible for below responsibilities.
Coordination and Planning for Coffee Business perishable stocks
• Planning optimum stock levels for coffee beans, cups, caps, sleeves, sugar, etc. at 3rd Party Warehouse
• Ensuring of perishables optimum stock levels at Select Shops
• Coordination and planning of perishable orders, deliveries and following up with Kahve Dünyası & Perishables producers
• Planning of optimum locations and stock levels at regional HUB warehouses
Coordination of Technical Service Support for Coffee Machine Maintenance, Cleaning and Failures
• Managing coffee machine suppliers to ensure proper and on time technical support given to Select Shops in case of machine failures
• Organizing placement of spare coffee machines at necessary Select Shops in case of latency in technical support.
• Following up cleaning processes, cleaning materials, regular machine maintenances of CO & DO Select Shops. Planning technical services convenience at high season (summer period)
• Managing maintenance PO/PR processes of Shell owned coffee machines
Planning of Coffee Machine Network
• Regular planning of spare coffee machines at Select Shop network & warehouses of machine suppliers
• Coordinating coffee machine upgrades and changes in CO & DO network with coffee machine suppliers
• Planning of necessary coffee machine upgrade needs with field sales team (SAS & SAM teams). Providing proper communication and support to field sales team to ensure our network has optimum coffee machine capability in line with sales demands
Supporting Coffee Business Opex & Capex Budget Management and Accountability
• Following up opex & capex items, new machine investment plans, perishables orders processes and providing regular support to Coffee Category Manager
• Managing PO/PR processes for coffee machine maintenance orders
• Increasing accountability of Coffee Category Opex & Capex budgets with regular and proper data management
Managing Coffee data and Invoicing Process
• Updating and maintaining regularly the CO & DO Select Shops machine network data
• Coordination of invoicing process for coffee perishables, machine purchases, machine maintenances and do royalities with related stakeholders (perishable producers, coffee machine suppliers, coffee business partners and internal stakeholders)
• Gathering monthly sales data from coffee business partners and DO Select Shops with support of field sales team.
• Ensuring accuracy for coffee business invoicing processes
Supporting Coffee Machine Business Development & Promotions
• Increasing deli2go penetration to Select Shops, supporting format team in the format changes and coffee island implementations.
• Coordination of promotional and informative POS materials producting and delivery process with printing suppliers, field sales team, cr operation advisor, coffee category manager and marketing team
• Supporting artwork, POS material designing process with marketing team
Requirements:
-Retail and/or Convenience Retailing experience
-Operations Experience in Retail/FMCG
