Job Description:

Cross Loyalty Project is aiming to exten Shell ClubSmart fuels loyalty programme to NFR and offer cross offers to enhance Shell Retail experience. Pos Integration and customer offer are the two main streams of Cross-Loyalty Project. With POS Integration, the POS system and infrastructure, which is currently being used in CO sites, is extended to DO network. CR Business Assistant supports to deliver the Dealer POS Integration Projects and costomer offers with high qualitative and quantitative analysis and technical support.

CR Business Assistant is responsible for implementing pricing strategy & promotions planning with category managers & Revenue Growth Manager. S/he will be responsible for running day to day business such as prices changes, promotions, POS system changes with minimizing value leakage in NFR financial operations. S/he will support the business with analyses and insight reports to create value.

Moreover, S/he will be responsible for below responsibilities.

  Cross Loyalty Responsibilities

- Cross Loyalty POS entegration support for NFR business

- Admin support for pricing and campaigns for Cross Loyalty sites

- Head Office SKU Data and Site SKU Data integration ( Local and Central product Mapping )

- Recommended price comparison between Site and Head Office

- Implementation of DO based Promotions and post promotion analysis

- Responsible for Cross Loyalty sales analysis and reports such as DO Cross Loyalty Weekly Sales Report, Cross Loyalty League and monthly CL one pager results

 - Cross Loyalty deli2go sales and shop smart penetration analysis

- Cross loyalty sites fraud analysis and close follow up with solutions

 - Cross Loyalty redemption and contribution invoice control

Managing & Delivering Day to Day Business

- Management & Implementation of pricing in CO Sites

- Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation

- Checking of buying prices, new products and minimizing value leakage

- Preparation & creating insights from Category & Sub-Category Reports

- Sharing Insight on Business performance based on all KPI's

- Weekly LE forecast & reporting

- Back-up for CR Business Analyst position

- Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation

- Tiers pricing system & external price benchmark

- Effective product mapping of categories and subcategories

- Implementation & maintenance of Promax

- Responsible for local CR initiatives: such as Yellow sticker design & Payless Campaign

- Responsible for implementation of related Regulation Changes that effects NFR operations

- Comparison of stock levels between sites and head office

- Monthly supplier income invoicing of local suppliers in align with categories

Implementation of Promotions & Monitoring Category Margins

- Responsible for promotional implementations for site based or central such as active sales, buy 2 pay less and other cross promotions

- Producing monthly campaign results report

- Post promotion analysis for the local promotions

- Responsible for supporting the connection with CP & Finance teams

- Introducing deli2go discount for Shell and CO site employees and fraud check


- Extensive Promaks knowledge is a must

- Experience in Supplier matrix is a must

- Finance/Accounting experience is a must

- Advanced MS Excel & powerpoint skills is a must

- Experience on data analytics & tools

- Fluency in English

- Strong can do attitude

- Strong category know-how regarding size, margin and magnitude

- Understanding of Pricing & Margin Management

- Relationship management and communication skills

- Abilty to work under commercial pressure with stretch targets

- Ability to manage prioritisation and deliver within challenging deadlines

- Knowledge in POS systems is preffered

- Having Commercial Approach with quantitative thinking

- Working collaboratively with CP & Finance & SPAS & field teams

- Experience in contract management

- Having hands on approach

- Having a Fast & agile attitude

- Supplier management experience

- Retail and Convenience Retailing knowledge is preffered

- Supply Chain understanding is a plus

- Experience in working in a fast-changing environment with uncertainty
