Shell Mobility has an ambitious accelerated growth agenda to deliver US$1.5 bln incremental net earnings by 2025. Our recent strategies guide on material growth on the base as well as successful and intense inorganic acceleration program in e-mobility, traditional & new fuels, convenience retail and fleet/B2B businesses throughout Americas, core markets in Europe and East.
This role is part of the BD & Ventures team within Mobility Network. Mobility Network is the key place for growing and protecting value through increased investment, driving the Mobility energy transition and innovation. The specific focus would small-medium size inorganic projects like asset or equity acquisitions, JV formations and restructuring and also securing material commercial partnerships. Up to 20 transactions per year would be expected toward 2025.
Well planned and disciplined approach to implementation and integration workstreams greatly ensure the delivery of the promised commercial value and management of associated risks. It would require eye-for-details and great tenacity in managing internal work teams, diverse counterparties and external groups toward shared goals while protecting value for Shell.
Post Reshape, BD & Ventures look to develop this expert support (COE) role across the geography to guide and support related activities in deal teams and business units through a deal lifecycle, from early planning and structuring advice to implementation and value tracking post completion. It is committed to developing continuous improvement in Mobility’ ability to delivery measurable deal value by working in close partnership with the business teams.
