The Role: CI Coach & Ultimate Potential Coordinator EUSA

Purpose Shell Global Mobility has committed internally and to investors an 1,5 $B Net Earning incremental contribution between 2017 and 2025. This exceptional level of growth is backed up by the largest capital program in the history of Shell Mobility, substantial Opex increase and a diverse inorganic program.

To execute this strategy the Ultimate Potential (UP) program has been initiated which will re-validate the growth ambitions. With the defined ambitions the program will ensure there is a transparent initiative funnel that describes a clear roadmap to 2025 delivery. This will be underpinned by new ways-of-working with weekly Cadences and quarterly performance reviews that keep on defining the gap-to-potential.

The Ultimate Potential Coordinator EUSA will coordinate and drive the regional change program and work closely with the regional leaders to deliver a step-change in the delivery.

This role is meant to coordinate and drive all regional Ultimate Potential initiatives. The role requires very close cooperation with all markets within the region to identify our Ultimate Potential and agree respective actions to achieve our ambitions. The role will support the regional Leadership team to maintain overview and track within a regular setup of cadence meetings/calls. This will require ongoing liaison with initiative owners in the markets and the coordination of the benefit tracking the Fit4 tool.

Key Accountabilities:

• The Ultimate Potential Coordinator is accountable for defining & driving the future vision of the UP Program Mobility Europe & South Africa

• Clears blockers and solves complex problems to deploy UP into markets, establishing initiative ideation in line with UP potential, establishes cadence and ensures Fit4 is well understood

• Refreshes ideation in markets already established in UP to maintain market growth in line with UP targets

• Ensures sufficiency of overall pipeline and through lenses such as by workstream, geography of project phase

• Accountable for Ultimate Potential being established as a way of working across the Mobility business to achieve our 2025 Mobility ambitions: 80+ markets, 55,000 locations, 500,000 charge points, 15,000 convenience stores and 40 mln daily served customers served at mobility locations

• Maintains the overview of all UP programs and continue to monitor the growth and Improvement Journey in Fit 4 Tool

• Delivery through a very diverse set of stakeholders across the business and functions ranging from delivery teams to strategic thinkers, to Senior leadership

• Challenges the growth aspirations of the markets to ensure UP is delivered

• Identify, develop and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities and skills to improve performance and to support EUSA UP funnel by leading end-to-end project teams, business stakeholders and team members in a virtual environment

• Leading EUSA Webcast series by preparing the proposed agenda & Menti platform set up, engaging the presenters, pulling e2e presentation pack and facilitating the calls

The role is virtual and may be located in any market within the region.

The role will require flexible working hours to work with regional colleagues and markets located in slightly different time zones. Required Experience Qualification:

The role will require a collaborative, motivated person who is committed to learning, coaching, and delivering results as an individual contributor with a strong influencing and engagement skills of stakeholders of different seniority in clusters.

Success candidates will have:

- Substantial commercial experience with Mobility business experience as an advantage

- Experience in the application of various process/business improvement techniques (eg. Lean Six Sigma): CI Practitioner or CI Specialist preferred

- A strong influencer, coalition builder, and motivator of diverse teams (local and global)

- Effectively demonstrates speed and level of detail in thinking and execution

- Excellent communication skills including presentation skills Fluent in English

- Project delivery
