- Provide consistent, adaptive, reliable and easy experiences to our customers. Accordingly, take ownership, drive accountability, and demonstrate and communicate improvements for our customer journey,
- Become a key enabler to drive best-in-class CX and to ensure maximum customer-centricity.

- Being a 3rd or 4th year university student in Engineering faculties, Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences,
- Working proficiency in English,
- Strong Communication and Influencing skills,
- Ability and commitment to build Customer Success,
- Experience in MS Office programs.
