- Manage a long list of customers to expand the customer relationship management (CRM – salesforce.com) database
- Make detailed web search for targeted customer, main and related industries
- Make cold calls to new and existing unmanaged customers and gather detailed information to qualify and platform them
- Maintain CRM data of the customers in the project scope
- Analyze and report customer data for project reviews
- Anticipate customer demands that may be put during phone calls and detect leads to the sales force
