- Follow-up the employee’s personnel files,
- Document check and follow-up,
- Trace processing of registration forms of the trainings,
- Follow up and processing the worker’s contracts into Excel in global campaigns,
- PowerPoint editing of organization charts,
- Organization of training files,
- Organization of personal files in the archive,
- Assist the organization in activities to be carried out internally.
