We are looking for Junior Specialists to work for the Operations Department:

• To follow up the orders coming through the website,
• Answering questions directed by customers, sending informational e-mails,
• Shipping, tracking and delivery of products,
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, cancellations to orders,
• Work with courier companies and other cargo services to ensure that customers receive their orders on time,
• Handle other ad hock operations and customer relation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields, like Business Administration, Tourism Management,
• Good command of CRM and MS Office programs, especially MS Excel for analysis and reporting,
• Preferably previous internship experience in tourism industry and/or customer facing position or interest in the area,
• Very good expressive and persuasive skills, advanced communication skills, listening and problem solving skills,
• Compatible with flexible working hours required by working in shifts (there is no night shift),
• Good working knowledge of English.
