You will be expected to:

·  deal with patient inquiries via email, telephone, instant messaging or online chat,

·  understand patient's needs correctly and empathically,

·  prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients for medical tourism packages,

·  assist patients in tele-consultations,

·  deliver an excellent customer service,

·  achieve the monthly sales targets from the received inquiries

You are the right candidate for this position, if you:

·  are fluent in English as well as one of the other European languages

·  are bachelor or master graduate from a university

·  have excellent communication and negotiation skill

·  are a good listener and has empathetical approach

·  are proficient in MS Office applications, preferably in G-Suite

·  have great organizational skills and persistence,

·  have great attention to detail,

·  are persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and sales-driven,

·  are proactive and able to take initiative
