Sorumluluklar
- Handling of incoming orders for CNC Renewal Parts, order entry into the computer system (JDE), providing the ordered parts, preparing the necessary documents, prepare parts for the transport, pack the parts and negotiate with the forwarders for the shipping of the parts to our customers.
- Manage the parts and service related telephone support for customers
- Shipment tracking. (if necessary)
- Invocing parts orders to our customers.
- Payments checking, taking action when payments are not properly done. (reprimands, calls etc.)
- Provide our customers with all the necessary information about stock availability, delivery time, prices, shipments etc.
- Close Cooperation with other Spare Parts Departments both in our Headquarter and in other countries.
- Preparing various reports for service and spare parts. (Productivity report)
Aranan Nitelikler
- Commercial degree with work experience in a related field,
- Experience with an ERP Software (JDE, SAP),
- Highly proficient in the use of “standard” office software suites, (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Turkish and English,
- Dynamic and self-motivating personality,
- Outgoing personality and smart appearance,
- Teamplayer with an organized working style, flexible.
