Sorumluluklar

Job Description

  • Manage the full end to end recruitment cycle of related accounts,
  • Implementing general ability and personality tests, making a competency-based interview with candidates,
  • Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates,
  • Publishing of job posting in job boards, social media platforms and headhunting for the positions that are critical and needs to be done fast,
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
  • Working closely with managers to forecast hiring needs,
  • Managing the recruitment database,
  • Preparing recruitment reports and presentations,
  • Manage the best candidate experience based on recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related field,
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting required,
  • Headhunter experience is a plus,
  • Preferably experienced in Assessment Center, Personality Inventory tools,
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
  • Familiarity with HR trends and processes,
  • Effective communication, presentation and reporting skills,
  • Willing to work on warehouse,
  • Able to work within a team environment.
