DHL Supply Chain Turkey started its operations in 2000 providing warehousing, distribution, labeling, packaging, technical services, home delivery, spare parts logistics and reverse logistics services. DHL Supply Chain Turkey serving leading companies in consumer, retail, healthcare, automotive, engineering & manufacturing and technology sectors with more than 2000 employees in 370 thousand m2 warehousing space.

Sorumluluklar

  • Working closely with the customer, BU, BU IT, ISM,SCS and service desks within EMEA,
  • Provide 1st level based upon for all IT issues,
  • Managing the performance of the IT systems including SCI, WMS, TMS, EDI and RF against SLA or OlA,
  • Justify and project manages system improvements and updates,
  • Lead execution of daily IT activity and IT implementation activity within business area and ongoing support,
  • Lead Delivery of customer and business unit IT requirements in line with DHL IT policies and procedures,
  • Ensuring local software is tinted in line with approved tmt script and user acceptance testing,
  • Managing the performance of the IT systems including OTM, WMS, TMS, EDI and RF against SLA or OLA,
  • Manage change reports through user requirement, specification, cost approval, development, testing documentation updates and implementation,
  • Escalation of issues that cannot be resolved within the definition of the IT Manager role,
  • Active participation in program enhancement solutions to design and implementation by working proactively with the BU.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences,
  • Preferably 3 years experience working with IT systems and also preferably 2 year experience working with SQL Reporting or related products,
  • Experience of Microsoft SQL Server and Data Tools, (SSIS, SSAS,SSRS)
  • Microsoft Power BI / Data visualization,
  • Knowledge of .NET and MVC Architecture would be advantageous,
  • Monitors and manages project progress against plans identifies issues and takes corrective action,
  • Fluent in English.
