The position in a nutshell:

Commencis is in search of Marketing Specialist who is excited to roll up their sleeves and tackle projects and tasks across multiple marketing channels.

At Commencis, Marketing team has a challenging role to build a strong and reputable Commencis brand image in the market through consistent and active communication across channels, setting a distinctive brand image and strengthening its position as a thought leader in technology and design.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in our journey and be working closely with marketing and sales team as well as all other Commencers including designers, engineers and technologists.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing communications plan and strategy

Manage, analyze, and report on digital campaigns across multiple channels

Creating content for all digital channels including company web site, blog, sister companies’ digital channels and any related 3rd party digital platforms

Assist with executing PR strategy and plan set by the company that aligns with marketing efforts

Prepare company and event presentations, service offering documentations

Conduct ongoing research and remain informed of the most current internet and mobile trends and technologies

Carry out competitor and digital trends analysis and suggest ways to improve marketing efforts.

Work closely with HR department and assist event marketing activities when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Bachelor or master’s degree (marketing, communication, business administration, or relevant field)

Must be completely fluent in written and spoken English (being bilingual is a highly preferred skill for the position)

Excellent communication and writing skills in English

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and knowledge of Google products is a plus

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects.

Must be tech-savvy and knowledgeable about the latest technology trends.

Being familiar with software business and B2B marketing

Having experience managing multiple digital channels (such as websites, blogs, Google ads, search engines, e-mail marketing tools etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with content management system WordPress is a plus.

Experience with Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or any similar program is a plus.
