Sorumluluklar

  • Calculate and prepare tax declarations monthly, quarterly, yearly tax filings such as corporate income tax, advance tax, VAT, environmental taxes, excise duties, and others if any
  • Follow the VAT refund processes, complete deficiency letters and necessary documents,
  • Give opinion in terms of Tax Legislation and generally accepted accounting principles when necessary,
  • Analyze of contracts for tax responsibility, calculation of stamp taxes and follow-up process,
  • Support external stakeholders and maintain the relationship with tax authorities,
  • Support and manage tax audits and controversies,
  • Identify and follow up tax risks and opportunities,
  • Monitoring developments and changes in Turkish Tax legislation and ensuring correct implementation,
  • Maintaining communication with consultants,
  • Supporting legal proceedings in the financial context,
  • Support Transfer Pricing Report Preparation process,
  • Support incentive processes, (R&D, VAT, CIT etc.)
  • Ensuring that tax accruals are timely and correctly recorded in the books,
  • Ensuring that termly records are made on time and completely in book,
  • Controlling and recording personnel expenses,
  • The monthly routine closing transactions of the accounts which in responsible on time and complete manner.

Aranan Nitelikler

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Tax, or similar discipline,
  • At least 3 years of experience working in tax field,
  • In-house experience, ideally experience of working in a multinational organization supporting cross-functional teams and multiple businesses (Experience in Tax Audit company will be an asset),
  • Ability to converse professionally in English will be an asset,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications,
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred,
  • SMMM certificate will be an asset,
  • Experience in tax and accounting, have a good knowledge of Turkish taxation legislation,
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail within a rapidly changing environment,
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills,
  • Result oriented, team player and self-motivated professionals,
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
