Who are we looking for?

Qualifications

• 3rd year undergraduate student from relevant fields,
• Able to work at 2-3 days in a week and continue for around 11 months,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish & English,
• Good knowledge on MS Office programs,
• Self-motivated, Team-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and highly organized,
• Analytical thinker, eager to learn, and proactive,

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruitment processes such as CV screening and interview coordination,
• Assisting onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Helping with personnel affairs and documentation,
• Supporting HR Business Partners in daily operations and ongoing projects,
• Contributing to internal communication and employee engagement activities.
