AbbVie is looking for a passionate and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with FreshMED to join our Turkey Affiliate. In this role, you will serve as a trusted scientific partner, helping to build and maintain strong, credible relationships with leading external experts and key stakeholders in the therapeutic area. You will play an important role in advancing AbbVie’s medical and scientific objectives by supporting research, education, and scientific exchange.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree required (Medicine, Pharmacy, or Dentistry),
- Open to new graduates of medical disciplines, healthcare professionals seeking to transition into the pharmaceutical industry, or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant work experience,
- Residence in Istanbul or Ankara is required,
- Strong commitment to compliance with applicable regulations and procedures, and to upholding scientific quality and integrity,
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge across new subject areas and environments,
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building and sustaining strong collaborative relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and other healthcare decision-makers,
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Highly analytical, self-motivated, and innovative, with a clear potential for continuous professional growth and development,
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Job Description:
As an MSL, you will bring scientific leadership to the field by engaging with thought leaders, supporting academic and scientific initiatives, and ensuring a strong medical presence across key centers. You will collaborate with internal teams while maintaining functional independence, contributing valuable scientific insights that help shape strategy and support informed decision-making. You will also attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences, sharing key data and medical developments with internal stakeholders to support AbbVie’s priorities.
