JOB DESCRIPTION
· Monthly reporting all details of fixed costs with related analysis and deviation explanations for the top management
· Following up all fixed cost studies during budget and forecast periods
· Controlling fixed cost entries uploaded by departments to BPC system
· Preparing Board of Directors presentation quarterly
· Providing Corporate Government and ESG presentations quarterly
· Supporting investor relation activities and preparing analyst presentation
· Uploading financials of budget and forecasts into Sabancı Holding and Heidelberg Cement local system
· Supporting other ad-hoc analysis and reports for the top management
Aranan Nitelikler
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or closely related fields
· Have minimum 2-3 years experience at big 4 audit firms
· Written and oral fluency in English
· Good knowledge at MS Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Experience in BPC/BW is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinker
· Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills
· Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
· Able to work with strict deadlines
