Job Description

We are looking for students who want to be a part of our operations and support team, where they can make a difference in a fast-paced environment and create tangible results. You will have the opportunity to get experiences in customer relations, package forwarding operations, and startup ecosystem faster than anywhere else

 

Responsibilities

What you’ll do?

  • Responding to questions for our customers via "Yollando's support tool, Phone, Whatsapp, E-Mail and Social Media",
  • Resolving problems, and providing other assistance to operations staff
  • Booking packages to the Warehouse Management System
  • Help with package consolidation, repackaging and shipping processes
  • Placing e-commerce orders for customers abroad

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 days availability in a week is MUST.
  • Studying in relevant fields
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, efficient, with good time management, and ready to support
  • Ability to use Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good knowledge of the English language (Arabic, Russian, Hebrew or German) would be an asset.
  • Highly organized, self-starter able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and able to prioritize multiple work assignments
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay attention to details
