We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our superstar team of People and Culture, who will share our vision on our journey to global success. In this crucial role, you will act as a strategic partner for hiring managers and develop a data-driven approach to translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies.


What we expect from you:

  • Own the recruitment life cycle,
  • Act as the strategic partner of hiring teams to understand and go beyond talent needs,
  • Communicate our value proposition effectively to provide an exceptional candidate experience,
  • Ensure data integrity and leverage data analytics to create strategies and tactics to deliver on hiring goals,
  • Build and sustain productive long-term partnerships with business partners, recruitment agencies, universities, NGOs, and other key stakeholders,
  • Continuously develop new ways to improve recruitment life cycle and candidate experience.

Who we are looking for:

  • An analytical thinker, a problem solver, a self-starter, a team player, and a “people” person who has,
  • Proven work experience in recruitment for at least 5 years, ideally as a Technical Recruiter,
  • Expertise in technology roles with an ability to communicate job requirements,
  • In-depth understanding of business goals and how they translate into Talent Acquisition priorities,
  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in related fields,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, and time management skills,
