Job Description:
Supply Operation Analyst, primary focus is to provide analytical support to Supply Operation Team ensuring management of Global HM KPIs and on time GSAP transactions and creations in line with HC purchase and sales contracts.
Supply Operation Analyst is the owner of LPG daily scheduling and gives administrative support to JET business in shell owned stock terminals. With Channel Optimisers’s coordination, he / she will act as a first focal point and executer of daily operation at every location & for above mentioned products.
Supply Operation Analyst is responsible for daily reporting of LPG operation and will be the first back up of for Additive & 3rd Party Sales&Purchase Operations.
Supply Operation Analyst will be responsible for KYC process and ensure compliant operation with all counterparties.
This position is part of the Shell & Turcas JV Trading & Supply Team and located in Turkey.

Accountabilities
Close liaison with the schedulers and deal making analyst is required to ensure first time wright operation under Deal Implementation Team responsibility.
By working as part of a team, he/she must:
• Ensure global KPI’s are all Green and transactions are being done timely in line with global SLAs.
• Ensure all GSAP contracts are in system and working without error before the execution of the deals. Responsible to remind and warned Deal Implemenation and CO Teams.
• As a KYC process focal point, ensure all customer and vendors are approved.
• Ensure vendor and customer creations before the operation begins.
• Provides ad-hoc analytical support to Deal Implementation Team at operational and financial levels.
• Act as a focal within TSP to ensure compliance against global contract management standards & processes
• Acts as a 1st cover for Additive & 3rd Party Sales&Purchase Operations.
• Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system and ISO27001 Information security management systems
Dimensions
TSP is responsible to make fuel products in the portfolio available throughout the country while optimising cost and working capital; and increasing competitiveness and optionality of Shell’s supply chain with a focus on exposure management.
• ~5 LPG shell stocked depots in Ankara – Yarımca – Dörtyol – Aliaga regions. ~45 nonshell stocked depots in different regions all over the country.
• 3 STAS terminals, 4 JV terminals, 4 OSP terminals

Special Challenges
TSP environment is often dynamic and fast moving. We often have to be able to respond quickly and accurately to challenging and sometimes conflicting deadlines in order to comply with business needs and policy guidelines.
The ability to prioritise from several potentially conflicting tasks whilst keeping a cool head is essential to success in dealing with internal and external customers. Fluent in Business English, written and oral
Relevant experiences in finance, business development, analytics combined with exposure to T&S activities are preferred. Advanced GSAP knowledge is a must.
He/She needs to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple parties.
The incumbent will need to be able to handle multitude of competing priorities He/She requires the ability to understand key elements of supply chain and operations, scheduling and transportation, execution of contracts.
