Roles and Responsibilities
• Accountable for localisation and implementation of the Global HSSE Management System.
• Ensure HSSE CF manuals are implemented across the entire Retail organization.
• Executes the Downstream Retail HSSE strategy driving the businesses towards Goal Zero performance
• To be an active member of the Retail Management Team and encourage them to always put HSSE first in their line of business.
• Accountable for establishing Generative HSSE culture and keep sustainable in all retail operations.
• To be build people’s competence by helping them learn about HSSE risks, look for things that could go wrong and know how to manage the risks
• Conduct assurance works to ensure and help people do the right things to mitigate the risks.
• Ensure that the new HSSE approach Human Performance Principles are understood and digested by the entire organization
• Ensure no repeated serious incidents by improving the quality of investigation, quality of the learning from incident and the effective sharing with the relevant parties.
• Maintaining HSSE standards at Shell Retail sites and ensuring that both employees and customers feel in a safe environment.
• Conduct an effective cooperation with Global teams to manage evolving risks such as new energies (EV, LNG, solar), food safety.
• Retail Collect project design and implementations especially on gap identification, track and complete gaps and provide BALs from each dealer that signed Retail Collect standards. Also be an SME role to selection and implementation of IVMS & camera system to dealer’s trucks.
Dimensions
• ~80 Company sites ( plan to grow 25%) and ~1,000 Dealer sites across Turkey
• Work and manage 24 high and 54 med HSSE risk contracts as contract HSSE lead
• 2 direct, 2 indirect line reports
• Control and develop all guidelines and procedures, investigations and reporting for all incidents including HSSE, road safety, food safety and all other new initiatives such as EV, DLNG, Solar.
• Manage to compliance of ~800 stations in scope of Retail Collect standarts.
• Effort to manage DO sites with CO HSSE approach
• Enable NFR growth in DO&CO Network ( ~710 Select Market)
• Member of the Turkey Retail Management Team (RMT)
