Job Description:
Purpose

In Turkey, our business is pioneering at bringing new solutions for the market and has been the market leader within the sector since 1996. We are on a strong growth trajectory and need a strong team member for exciting journey to sustain our vision. Team member will be part of marketing team and support the achievement of Turkey Fleet Solutions business through non-fuel products and services (other revenues).
B2B Customer Experience Coordinator role will be responsible for overall delivery of B2B non-fuel products (Shell FiloPlatform & HGS) in Turkey to vitalize Fleet Solutions strategy. Job is composed of business model development, E2E process definition, market activation, financial tracking (ROI, KPI management, revenue analysis), omni-channel marketing, collaboration with stakeholders and digital marketing together with strong commercial acumen.
The role is going to directly report to B2B Marketing & Business Development Manager and requires close cooperation with local Sales Team, Indirect Channel Excellence, Customer Operations Teams and other functions (Credit, Legal, Tax, Finance, IT) as well as external business partners from media agencies to third party business partners.
Requirements

The candidate should show a good understanding of E2E value chain of the business, processes and related procedures within Sales, Marketing, IT, Pricing, Finance, Credit, OTC, Legal
• Stakeholder management ability both at local and global level is required.
• The role requires strong analytical skills and ability to reflect/translate the executive findings through strong use of presentation (Power Point) skills and mastery level in Excel.
• Performance orientated and positive attitudes are key. Not compromising on standards, ethics & compliance. Self-managed, self-starting individual.
• Ability to multi-task. Excellent team-working capability, team player building relations based on trust & honesty.
• Open for feedback & development opportunities.
• Project management skills and stakeholder management ability both at local and global level is required. Strong commercial acumen with broader perspective and E2E – bottom-line value understanding.

Accountabilities
• Acts as an integrated unit with Sales and Marketing teams in the identification of opportunities to up-sell non-fuel propositions.
• Coordinate & implement changes to product and services by acting as the central process expert for operational teams on processes to deliver the CVP. This includes project management, scoping, understanding the change, training, local requirements & system readiness in all initiated projects (global, local and customer driven).
• Develop and implement the country B2B marketing plan via ROI focused spent and SP&A budget management to support the delivery of T&R.
• Drive integrated marketing communications strategy for Shell Fleet Solutions business Turkey.
• Develops & executes communication to all relevant stakeholders. Ensures that the corrective solution is implemented/added as part of our CVP under banner of a Continuous Improvement mindset in sustainable and compliant terms.
• Ensure alignment of new CVPs/processes with global standards
• Design, execute and update all omni-channel communication materials of relevant customer value propositions for a disciplined roll out both within current portfolio and prospect pool.
• Executive analysis and reporting capability for fleet solutions business context. Primary areas will be 2025 strategy project implementation from non-fuel services.
• Responsible from B2B customers’ insights and relationship scorecard. Manage Customer Experience (CSI and NPS) within local team and co-ordinate necessary business actions.
• Support and be an active member of the business via the contribution of delivering local marketing agenda content as part of the local marketing team.
• Comply with HSSE Life Saving Rules, Goal Zero and act in a responsible and proactive way in handling HSSE matters.
